What We do

Who operates the European Regulation?
We’ve brought together a team of highly qualified, independent professionals from the industry to form one of the most effective Dispute Resolution Panels in the financial sector. This committee is dedicated to providing fair, impartial decisions for conflicts in Forex and digital asset environments.

Combined, the Board of Directors and our Resolution Committee offer nearly 75 years of hands-on experience—both from inside brokerage firms and alongside clients—ensuring expert and balanced evaluations in every case.

EUROPEAN REGULATION have been providing independent dispute resolution services since 2008, specifically for users and companies operating in the FX and CFD sectors. The organization functions as a self-regulated, non-governmental body, funded entirely by membership fees from participating firms.

It is not a government regulatory authority, nor does it claim to be one, and it does not hold licenses from any official regulators. Its sole purpose is to offer a fair, efficient, and transparent process for resolving disputes between clients and brokers.

The organization does not handle complaints related to the management or custody of digital assets such as cryptocurrencies or tokens.

In 2023 alone, over 4,000 cases were reviewed, and more than 1.255,000 was awarded to clients. Quarterly public reports are available for anyone wishing to review the organization’s activities and complaint statistics.
